At Fluer Active, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

The request is submitted within 14 days from the date your order is received.

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, hygiene stickers (if applicable), and packaging remain intact.

Proof of purchase or your order number is provided when submitting your request.
Please note that products purchased during promotional campaigns or clearance sales may not be eligible for return or exchange unless stated otherwise.
2. How to Request a Return
If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team within the eligible return period.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Kindly note:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection is completed.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
Need a different size or received the wrong item? We're happy to assist.
To request an exchange:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.

After the returned item passes our inspection, we'll dispatch the replacement item as soon as possible.
If the replacement item has a different selling price, any additional payment or applicable refund will be arranged before shipment.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift cards or store credit

Clearance or final sale items

Personalised or customised products

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Products returned without their original tags or packaging
5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by providing:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the product and packaging
Our team will assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
