Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

4. Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or your preferred contact method.
You may use this tracking number on the respective courier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Fluer Active cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can arrange for it to be shipped again. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
6. Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier service.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number.
Should you require additional assistance after contacting the courier, please reach out to our Customer Care team. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
